[続報2]HSBC：小切手帳の申請方法について。

HSBCの口座凍結で、日本から口座を復帰させるのに必要なCheque book（小切手帳）が手元にないので、HSBC香港から取り寄せる依頼をしていましたが、親切丁寧な回答がHSBCからありました。

・小切手帳を送付してほしい旨を記載したレターをHSBC香港に郵送する。

・レターには以下の内容を含める。
1. 口座名義
2. 電話番号
3. 小切手帳の依頼
4. 口座のサイン

・日本のHSBCでは対応していない。

＃以下英文メールにある「1. Your account name and account signature」は「1. Your account name and account number」の間違い？？account signature は、4番でも聞かれているし。


ということで、日本と香港のHSBCは、こういったサポートに関しては、とにかく別物と考えたほうがいいかもしれません。これから小切手帳の手配を進めてみます。

If you would like to apply for a cheque book, please send us a signed instruction by post or courier to the following address:

Account Services Department
The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited
1 Sham Mong Road
Kowloon
Hong Kong

In your signed instruction, please include the following information:

1. Your account name and account signature
2. Your telephone number
3. Your application for a cheque book
4. Your account signature

We will process your instruction within five business days after receiving your letter. The cheque book will be mailed to your correspondence address.

However, I am sorry that it is not feasible to apply for a cheque book at any of our branches in Japan.
